With over 25 years in the construction industry Nana Boachie Danquah brings a wealth of expertise in Construction planning and Management, Project management and administration, project risks identification and mitigation, Owner/Lender representation and Construction and Project management training to the Ghana Green Building Council Board.
Mr. Boachie Danquah holds a Masters Degree from the University of Texas, Austin and a Building Technology Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Currently he is the Director of Construction at Laurus Development Partners, Accra, Ghana. Before then he has served in different capacities as Project manager, Estimating and Scheduling, Site manager and Vice President of Construction Management Department at National Equity Fund, Inc Los Angeles CA. In the different positions he worked on top tier projects in residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure ranging in size from $ 1 million to $ 100 million.
He also has a deep understanding of the principles of environmentally sustainable design that effectively allows consideration of community-wide or site-specific issues in development.
